This image of the Rio Grande del Norte Gorge near Taos, NM, was taken shortly after President Obama signed into law, on March 25, 2013, the creation of the Rio Grande del Norte Monument (the United States newest monument).

I'm a Professional Photographer from Taos, New Mexico, USA. I have been taking pictures, on and off, the past 40 years. I manage the stock photo agency painetworks.com .
