Calligraphy

The tiny strokes of the aquatic plants on the water surface of lakes and ponds always attract my attention. With or without wind their reflections transform the ordinary scenery into a Asian calligraphy.

Born in Soumgaït, industrial town of Azerbaijan, ex-republic of disappeared Soviet Union, I’m living in France since September 1986. Education: Master's degree in Applied Mathematics Married 2 children I'm a self-made photographer. The purely documentary photograph does not interest me. I'm looking for an aestheticism, a harmony in my framing. My style reflect my personal interpretation of an ambience, my subjective vision of beauty, of elegance, strongly influenced by millenarian arts of engravings and of calligraphy.
