Elegy of Autumn

It’s a melody of autumn - a story about elderly couple living together all Life, each in his personal world, each with his own secrets. It's a story of people who live modest life, but with dignity. It's a story that has both — sadness and smile... In this artwork the spheres serve as metaphors for dissociation from the outside world and even from each other.

Where is the line between truth and falsehood? Between illusion and reality? There’s a famous phrase - "Fiction reveals truth that reality obscures". Truthful fiction is the basis of my creative style. Fiction may not reflect the reality as we know it, yet conveys a deep, accurate and true message. I draw my inspiration from sources such as Renaissance paintings and allegories. I uses allegories to express her understanding of the world and talk about what's important to me today.
