Val d'Orcia in Tuscany is a protected by UNESCO's World Heritage. It is well earned. The timeless landscape lends itself to the traveller to sit back and dream of ancient times. The wonderful blue morning mist, the warm, windy afternoons with the warm light of the setting sun... I can't wait to get back!
