Kuraldal: The Ritual Dance

I document this annual event which illustrates the faith and veneration of the people of this town which is an influence of the long years of Spanish colonization in the Philippines. Kuraldal is a ritual dance and veneration of a bronze crucifix by the people of San Juan which they believe, by touching the cross will give them a blessed and bountiful life all year round.
